As the year comes to a close and you move on, this blog will cease to exist as you know it. It is here that I would like to tell you how much you have impressed me with your creativity, motivation, dedication, and ability to amaze and "WOW" me.
The yearbook is a stunning production and has set the standard for years to come. Not only because of the color, but the original cover, the continuity, and an excellent theme.
The Cans Film Festival will be fabulous and again - you have set a new standard. The films are fabulous and I know the student body and faculty will be impressed.
Finally, I am excited to see the excitement generated with the blogs. I think J-Duh posted about how much more her blog will become in the future; not just an assignment for the media class, but a way to keep in contact with the rest of you. What a great idea! It never entered my head that this would be such an exponetial project. I have already found blogs created from students in our school, but not in our class. Blogs with fabulous ideas and heart-felt opinions. You are the future and it is yours to embrace. I look forward to reading your blogs in the months to come (providing that you keep it up).
Remember to blog with integrity and with common sense.
As your teacher, I have never been prouder of class. To each of you, I offer my congratulations and sincerely hope the future brings you many joys and a ton of riches.
Now for your final assignment. You need to respond to this post how you would change the class AND what was the best and what was the worst. Thanks for making it a great year!

change the media class?!?! why change it?!?! i think that with every person that comes into the class, something new and different ideas are brought with them. that in itself is a unique process. i would never change the people that i was with in that class, because a small part of each of us was put into the yearbook and will remain there. that yearbook would not be what it is had we changed something in our class. that being said, i do think that one thing should be done a little better in the following years: make sure that EVERY page is looked over by not just one person, and definitely not just the person who made it because you need new eyes, but looked at by several eyes...i know it is impossible to eliminate all mistakes, but there are some mistakes that i feel could have been prevented. those are only minor errors in the book though, and those little things still give the book character...
Yeah I have no clue what I would change about the media class..the yearbook was stressful and blogs were quite difficult to learn. But that's what makes a class; learning as you go. Seeing the final product of the yearbook was definetely the best..seeing your own work as an actual product is amazing.
First off.. I would like to thank you Ms.R! The dedication, the time, the heart, the patients, the understanding you have given the media class of 2007 is amazing!! There were so many days that I shoulda been kicked out and sent to Mr. Nelsons office.. But even though you wanted too you didnt send me...I want to apologize for being rude and disrespectful on "my bad days"...Your a great teacher...b/c not only do you have the skills...you have the heart... But ok the blog must go on... sorry I had to get sappy with you...graduation is here in a couple of days... CRAZY!! I'm gonna miss you soo much!! I really enjoyed media class...granted there wasnt always enough time... and we were usually always off track..but for some ungodly reason we made it...the class itself has taught me some new things.. with both media and my design class..working with photoshop and indesign...learned alot of new things.. hopefully I will remember...with my "not so good" computer skills...haha! But truely dont change a thing! I loved both classes!!!! I read through auburns comment and shes totally right with her statement about the character cuz god knows we all had enough of that!! But the ideas and seeing different peoples views.. really opens a persons eyes...Overall I know I could have worked harder and probably done better on some assignments.. but I cant go back..just another thing to remember and take with me... But I need to end this huge long blog...I love you Ms. R...."LOoKs LiKe We MaDe It" (LOL) remember??
